How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our pieces are produced on demand, so production times vary depending on the product and finish. When you contact us to purchase a piece, we will inform you of the specific lead time, as well as shipping methods and costs.

How do I return a product?

Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects or non-conformity with the original order. In the event of a defect, the customer must contact Studio Segatti within 7 consecutive days of receiving the product, providing photos and a detailed description of the issue. Upon notification, Studio Segatti reserves the right to evaluate the product and offer a solution, which may include repair or replacement.

How do I cancel my purchase?

Since our products are made-to-order or personalized, cancellations are not permitted once production has begun. If a cancellation occurs after 48 hours of the order being placed, a fee of up to 50% of the order value may be charged to cover production costs already incurred.
