How do I return a product?
Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return, except in cases of non-conformity with the original order. Upon notification, Studio Segatti reserves the right to evaluate the product and offer a solution, which may include exchange or repair.
How do I cancel my purchase?
Since our products are made to order or customized, cancellation is not permitted after production has begun. If cancellation occurs after 24 hours, a fee of up to 60% of the item's value will be charged to cover production costs already incurred.
How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?
Our pieces are produced on demand, so production time may vary depending on the product and finish. When you contact us to purchase a piece, we will inform you of the product's production time, as well as shipping methods and costs.
